Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted disease. It can effect both the male as well as the female. 75% of females and 50% of males get infected from this disease. This infection firstly infects urethra and remains quietly for 1-3 weeks. It is only after this duration that it shows its symptoms and most of the times it has become very crucial till this time.

Men have the symptoms like discharge from the penis, sensation of burning while urinating. Burning and itching will also be noticed around the opening of the penis, swelling in groin can also be there.

Symptoms Of Chlamydia in Men:
Some major symptoms of chlamydia in men are:

• Discharge from penis
• Inflammation will be there from the bladder up to the tip of the penis.
• The tube which leads from the testicles up to the penis tips will also be inflamed
• Mild irritation at the end of the penis which can go off after 2-3 days. But this does not mean that your infection is cured. You are still infection and now your infection has advanced and it can be transmitted to your partner too.
• Inflammation and swelling of the testis can also be noticed.
• Unusual conditions in which eyes get infected and a condition called Reiters Syndrome will be caused.
• This condition can cause fertility problems in male.
• Symptoms of impair fertility will be noticed in most of the men.
• Epididymitis is a condition which can appear in most of the infected males.
• If this condition is left untreated then it can result in respiratory problems and in adverse situation to infertility.
