Men are generally very fond of their freedom. Most of the men are opposed to the idea of making a commitment to a particular woman for the whole life. According to the statistics, the US census report states that the rate of tying knot has remarkably decreased.

National Marriage Project, a study done by Rutgers University states that, men are tremendously apprehensive to get married. These apprehensions result in increasing live in relationships.

Since there can’t be any proper explanation for this phenomenon, but even then we have tried to find out some reasons that are mentioned below.

Loss of Freedom

Men are always of that opinion that they would be trapped by committing to a woman. It happens because women generally interfere in their erratic and irrational way of leading life, which they consider as the loss of freedom.

Loss of Space

Men often feel that a woman can restrict their space. Men always need sometime exclusively for them only which they can spend with their friends or I bar or by playing tennis, golf or billiards.

Men Don’t Want to Compromise

Men are never flexible to do compromises with women. In any case, men always want to dominate women. They forget about the fact that an ideal marriage should have equal share contribution for both men and women.

Loss of Time

According to men, serious relationships consume a lot of time as well as energy. Men are always inclined to take life lightly and enjoy the life according to their own whim. But, a commitment eventually demands to cut short their enjoyments. Often men are not willing to afford this reduction in their lavish enjoyments.
