Facial Yoga
Facial Yoga is a soothing and pleasant exercise for everyday living. It is particularly designed to revitalize and tone the face and neck. In two sessions one can learn to exercise the neglected muscles. It takes up to ten minutes to do this exercise. It can be modified to suit individual needs.
The face needs to be exercised and toned in the same way we exercise and tone our body.Facial Yoga is a positive and natural way for maintaining and re-establishing the contours of the face. Facial yoga helps in promoting self confidence, self esteem and a sense of inner wellbeing. One feels lighter and more uplifted after this exercise.
