Fitness Tips for this Summer!
Most people believe that summer is a bad time to start off reducing their extra weight. But anytime is a good time if the aim is to reduce the extra weight. If you are worried that you might end up dehydrating faster in summer, then you are wrong.
Summer is a wonderful time, not just for holidaying and fun but for getting fit as well. If you aren’t fit how would you enjoy your holidays? Here, Ygoy brings some useful fitness tips for this summer:
First Set Goals: Setting goals is the key to stay fit. Otherwise there is no motivation, and importantly no feeling of achievement. Fitness is not just about how much weight you want to loose or the size of your triceps. Your goals need to be specific, measurable, action oriented, realistic, and importantly TIMED. Basically SMART!
Take Help: Take the help of your best buddies who live with you, or probably even a fitness expert can help you. Having one good person around you is necessary for your motivation, but importantly the other person will help you get your exercise correct.
Break at Regular Periods: Exercising continuously can be injurious to your health. So, whatever it is you are doing, take a break every 20 minutes. Time your fitness session accordingly.
Drink Water: Water is good for your health, and more so because it is summer. Drink as much water as possible through out the day, and drink adequate water during your intervals.
Don’t Forget to Stretch: Stretching before and after your fitness hour(s) is an extremely important part of fitness. Make stretching a part of your exercise schedule.
Don’t skip your breakfasts: Having breakfast before early in th morning makes sure that the energy supplied to your body isn’t lessened after 6-8 hrs of sleep (and importantly after more than 10 hours of not having food!).
