Sleeping Tips in Third Trimester of Pregnancy!

As you are just about comfortable with your pregnancy by the end of 6th month, the 7th month brings new problems. Along with a belly that keeps growing, you will also have to worry about leg cramps, backpain, pressure on bladder, congestion etc. And because of all these, you will end up having unclear dreams, and basically trouble sleeping.

1. Sleep to your side: Sleeping to left gives optimal blood flow to your uterus, and also body. However, there is no book that says you shouldn’t sleep to right, if you are comfortable with it.
