Beating Obesity!

Obesity, as everyone knows, affects the way your heart functions, and is a root cause for many diseases like Diabetes. Another major problem with obesity is that when you have a health problem, you will take more than usual time to get well again.

So how does one beat Obesity? It is simple: eat well and exercise. But eating well and exercising is an art in itself. In this article we will try few tips on how to go about dealing with Obesity.

• Swim for more than 6 hours with more than average speed

• Run continuously for more than 30 miles

• Dance for more than 12 hours

• Walk rapidly for 35 miles

Well now you already know that the job at hand is tough one! So what you do – Be Patient and Consistent!

Being Patient and Consistent is the key to melting your fat – Once you have realized that you should plan to cut down your fat – make a plan to be patient as well. Many celebrities, including Janet Jackson and others have to really put in extreme efforts to be consistent. And consistency doesn’t affect the way you exercise, but the way you pull yourself to get going after waking up!

People need to be extremely patient with reducing fat, because it doesn’t seem like going at all. Remember the thing about finding the ‘breakthrough’. You will work and work and see no change, and one fine day you will see that you are reducing fat faster than you imagined. But to get that day…you need to be patient.

Stretching before and after Exercise: Stretching is a way of speaking with your muscles. It serves as a way to elongate your muscles just before the exercise. And when you have worked out, it will relieve the stress from your muscles.

More than the fact mentioned above do not fall for myths like reduced fats form into muscles, once you stop working out you will put on more weight etc. Take the myths off your head and hit the Gym right away!

    All true…all true
    Another key to success when moving from obesity to a healthy body is a gradual start to exercise. If we carry a lot of weight it needs to come off gradually and healthily. Be a hare deciding to join the race to better health but be a tortoise and finish it!
