Smoking is the ‘in-thing’ for teenagers across the worlds. And it has been ‘in’ for all those who have been through teens. But most people who could survive out of it were either dead, or those who made stern decision to avoid smoking completely. And yet this hasn’t reduce teens from taking to smoking.

Most teens think that Effects of Smoking can be felt years later, only few realize that they are wrong.

Here are few things that you will see, once you are addicted to smoking (and these are small indication why teens should stop smoking):

Digestion Problems: If you are suffering from digestion problems, don’t just blame the food you have been eating or doubt if the water is clean. First wonder how many cigarettes have been smoking since last week.

Skin Problems: Acne, rashes, itchy skin and what not. Skin can not take the sudden influence of nicotine in your blood. It will show your on skin.

Oral Problems: Bad breath, mouth ulcer, sensitive tongue etc are few things that you are sure to find if you haven’t found changes in either on your skin or in your normal digestion process.

Reduced Athletic Ability: If you find that you are panting too much or sweating has increased while playing your favorite game, you know who to blame. You will find that you will be tiring soon as well!
