Even 10 minutes of exercise helps
If you’ve always cursed yourself for how you look, and how you feel because you cannot find enough time for exercise – stop worrying now. Research says that, Exercise, even for 10 minutes is going to be extremely helpful.
Obviously, the more time you can spend on exercise, the healthier you feel. But then 10 minutes is not bad for those who find it hard to be consistent with their exercise regimen.
And here comes the important question:
What sort of exercises can be done within just 10 minutes?
Don’t worry, the exercise isn’t too rigorous nor too easy. You can do it without much effort.
1.Jumping – Keep jumping in the place where you stand or cover a distance.
2.Side Jumps – Jumps slightly from side to side. You can also jump backwards and forward as a variety.
3.Jogging in one place – Just run, but stay at one place. Do it as fast as you can but mind you, keep the pace constant.
4. Lunge – Yes lunges help. Jump, but land on bent knee, after switching legs in air.
5. Skipping – Use a skipping rope and do it. One leg, two legs or whatever way possible. Though you will laugh at first, you will get really serious. And how much time do you send – not more than a minute!
6. Dance your way at home – whether you are walking into your kitchen, bedroom or simply dusting your place – dance and sing. Dance, it will be an excellent work out at home. Imagine you are performing in a crowd, and croon! It will do wonders for your self-confidence as well!
