Drinking Milk Helps Quit Smoking
Milk is not only a nutritious diet, it also help cigarette addict to quit smoking. There are certain food items that alter the taste of cigarettes. Milk for example, makes the taste of cigarette bad. This makes it easier for people to quit smoking. This study was published in the April 2007 issue of the journal Nicotine and Tobacco Research.
Dairy products like milk and cheese worsens the taste of cigarettes; while caffeinated drinks like tea, coffee and cola enhances the taste of cigarettes.
Studies are being conducted recently to use the chemical silver acetate to help smokers quit smoking as silver acetate alters the taste of cigarette.
