Sleep deprivation is the most common problem among teenagers today. Health experts suggest some simple changes to get a better sleep.
The first and best change to make is – take televisions and computers out of teens’ bedrooms. Maintain a strict turn-off time. Listening to music at low volume at night time help a lot to get a soothing sleep. Also, don’t forget to switch of the lights.
Here are more tips for a healthy sleep.
