Control Anger, Prevent Backache!

Everyone in this world makes errors, and you get angry when someone irritates you without realizing this fact. A research study found that forgiving others’ mistakes relieves not only mind but also your back.

Researchers at Duke University Medical Center conducted a study on 58 women and men with chronic lower back pain. In the study it was found that those who practiced forgiveness controlled their anger, but also depression and aches.

The researchers say that our emotions, thoughts and muscle tension directly influence the intensity of pain signals.

But forgiveness is not a once done act. It involves you have to replace anger and resentment with forgiveness and understanding toward someone who has done wrong to you.

Here is a simple technique on practicing forgiveness. Imagine someone you love. Think that that person is at ease, healthy, happy, safe and secure. Repeat this imagining yourself in that position. Then someone you don’t know personally. Finally, think about someone for whom you don’t have any good feelings or you are angry with.

Follow the above technique, and it cures not only headache but also backache and other related problems.
