How To Prevent Indigestion ???

1. Eat at regular intervals everyday and do not skip meals. Eat slowly, chewing food adequately so that it gets easily swallowed and digested.

2. Avoid heavy drinking or smoking.

3. Eat plenty of fibre-rich food. Avoid eating too close to bedtime. Do not lie down immediately after having a meal.

4. Exercise and walk everyday.

5. Do not eat when you are wet or cold, as the digestive mechanism of your body will be slowed down.
