How To Save Your Breath ???
1. Kick your smoking habit and avoid others’ smoke. Visit a doctor atleast twice a year if you smoke.
2. Stay away from dust and pollution. Try to travel and do all outdoor activities early in the morning, when pollution levels are low.
3. Always keep any kind of strong smells, smoke and fumes out of your home.
4. Leave your home for sometime during pest control and if you are getting your house painted.
5. Always cook near an open window, so that smoke and strong smells can disappear. There should be an exhaust fan or chimney in every kitchen.
6. Stay away from people who have colds and coughs.
7. Eat a well balanced and nutritious diet. Keep a watch on your weight, so that you are neither too thin nor too fat.
8. Take a walk early in the mornings near greenery. You will have fresher and clearer breath.
9. Exercise and stay fit. Do some aerobics for 30 minutes to build strength and endurance.
10. Control stress with meditation and relaxation techniques. Do some controlled breathing and pranayam yoga to strengthen your breathing muscles.
