According to Australian researchers, individuals doing prolonged exercises need plenty of water to boost their endurance and vitality.
It was found that the more water you drink, the lesser glycogen will be spent, that your muscles use for energy. The result will be that your biceps won’t tire out as fast. And you can workout for long without feeling hydrated and tired.
However, water should not be substituted with softdrinks or fizzy drinks, as these tend to dehydrate your body.
