Fight Nausea During Pregnancy

The following are some tips to fight nausea during pregnancy.
- Eat around five to six small meals a day.
- Get up slowly from the bed in the morning, sit on the bed for a little while before standing up
- Eat food high in protein, like peanut butter and nuts.
- Make sure you have lots of fluids throughout the day, especially drinks like cola and Gatorade.
- Go for an early morning walk to get lots of fresh air.
- Avoid being around unpleasant smells or foods that are difficult to digest.
- Try and avoid citrus juices, milk, coffee and tea around meals.
- Capsules of powdered ginger have found to reduce nausea and vomiting in pregnant women.
