Timeshare Vs Shared Ownership

Until recently, Shared Ownership has been used as another term for Timeshare. Today, they are two different meanings for each term.

‘Timeshare’, as you all know, is a a space in a resort or yatch which you hold for a fixed period of time. What you do in that one week is all your nuisance, and whether or not you use it, is not an issue. You can own a timeshare for anything between USD 400 and USD 25000. And all the profits are given to the management.
But the ‘rich’, always find a way out to separate themselves from the crowd. Now ‘Shared Ownership’ is something similar. You own a piece of yatch or resort or whatever for a fixed period of time. You will also own a proportion of it. So that means, no unnecessary involvement of ‘timeshare management group’.

The group of people who own the timeshare will be the promoters, users, managers and sellers (when they want to).

Shared Ownership is rapidly spreading to the ‘not so rich’ guys. However managing, whether of timeshare or a shared ownership, is tough and costly. So how these small groups will manage shared ownership with ever increasing demand for timeshare, is sure worth watching.
