If you are guessing that Britney Spears would have turned weird because of her pregnancy, then you are really wrong. Now she looks amazing with her slim body and her ‘xtras’. All this is due to her regular exercise and healthy diet plans after her delivery.
She celebrated losing over half the weight she gained during pregnancy by going on a shopping spree last week. The 24-year-old sexy star browsed in Malibu, California, boutique Planet Blue on October 9 and snapped up 45 pieces for her new stylish frame.
An employee at the store says that she needed all new clothes to fit her new sizes. Just within five weeks after giving birth to son Sutton Pierce, Britney has dropped 26 pounds, which is really magic. You believe it or not, she did it without a trainer, diet pills or a nutritionist.
Britney works out six days a week. She hits the treadmill every morning, does weight lifting, and then does sit-ups in the evening. She takes a diet of six small meals a day. She is avoiding fast food and going for healthy snacks like fresh fruit and low-fat yogurt.
